The "O" lab Awarded a NSERC Strategic Grant!

The "O" GroupDr. Richard Oleschuk and the “O” lab have been awarded a NSERC Strategic Grant $734,600 for a project entitled “Advanced Sample Introduction for Mass Spectrometry”. The grant partners the “O” lab with researchers at Queen’s, Laval, and SCIEX (a Canadian mass spectrometry instrument manufacturer) to develop novel molecular imaging and sampling tools. The tools will enable the mapping of tissue (surgical) samples, faster drug screening and improved environmental monitoring.
