Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada and the Council of Canadian Academies have named a panel, including Dr. Philip Jessop, to assess the current state of science and technology and industrial R&D in Canada. The panel will prepare a report, over the next year, documenting Canada’s science & tech and R&D strengths, weaknesses, and trends.
