Balticum Organicum Syntheticum is an international conference on organic synthesis hosted by historic Vilnius University (established 1579) in Vilnius, Lithuania.
This meeting will precede the International Conference on Organic Synthesis (ICOS-13) to be held on July 1-5, 2000 in nearby Warsaw, Poland.
The program will consist of a series of plenary lectures by a distinguished roster of Baltic and internationally known speakers, as well as a panel discussion (“Chemical Synthesis: Vistas Beyond Boundaries”), and poster sessions.
Lithuania’s capital, Vilnius, dates back to 1323 with its quaint, narrow cobblestone streets, medieval buildings and gothic baroque-style churches.
Attendance will be limited to 200 participants.
