Payment may be via:
Credit card (Visa, Mastercard) . Note: This electronic submission is NOT SECURE. You may elect to register electronically and send your charge card information separately by other means. However, consideration of your application will require receipt of payment. Please note that currency exchange rates versus the US dollar fluctuate daily. We will use the existing rate when your registration is processed. Please be very careful to spell your name exactly as it appears on your charge card as any variation will lead to your bank declining the charge. 
Cheque.  Please make the check out to BOS2002 / Queens University must be in US Dollars. Be sure to indicate on the check whose registration fee is covered.
Wire.  Money may be wired to Queens University as indicated below.  IMPORTANT!  If wiring money, be sure to contact Krista Voigt at baderadm@chem.queensu.ca  via email and indicate the date sent, from which bank and the amount.  Wired money arrives without identity of the sender!

 Very important!  Bank wires often arrive anonymously.  Please send a separate email to baderadm@chem.queensu.ca indicating: 1) date of transfer, 2) amount remitted, 3) bank and account sending the wire, 4) name of person whose fee is being paid.

Cancellations/Refunds:

Should you be unable to attend and cancel in writing or email no later than June 1st, 2002, BOS2002 will refund your registration less $150.00 processing fee. Unfortunately refunds are not possible after June 1st, 2002.
