Exam Consultant - Responsible for processing (collecting, distributing, tracking, and filing UG student mark sheets to the faculty)  and acts as liaison with exam office.

Coordinates USAT evaluations

Maintaining UG files and course websites

Implements PCICS changes for all students (with course conflicts) regarding course, lab, or  tutorial changes 

Implements all Lab sectioning and enrolment capping via PCICS.

Imports class data (from GQL/PCICS) into UG marks database for each class and term (i.e. registering students per section/lab/tutorial groupings, creating class assignments, assigning Faculty/TAs privileges); maintains  same throughout the academic year.

Scans and imports marks into the marks database.
   

Students would come to see me if they:

• require a Lecture, Lab or  Tutorial Section Change  

• require a password or forget their password for class web sites or viewing marks (all years).

• for inquiries into marks once posted in the marks database (all years) or class material on the chemistry website.
