SERVICE FEES The following is a table of user fees: XPS/AES $10/sample Depth Profile (includes XPS/AES) $30/hour SEM $30/hour SAM (daytime) $30/hour SAM (overnight scans, in addition to at least 1 hour daytime setup, above, per sample) $30 flat Technician $30/hour, in addition to above costs.
