The Department of Chemistry is pleased to announce our very own Megan Bruce, Research & Communications Coordinator of the Crudden Group was the recipient of the prestigious 2024 Michal Condra Outstanding Student Service Award from the Office of Student Affairs at Queen’s University.

The Michael Condra Outstanding Student Service Award is presented annually to individuals who demonstrate outstanding commitment to the university community through service, leadership, and advocacy. Megan’s receipt of this award places her among a distinguished group of staff members who have left an indelible mark on Queen’s University. Her initiatives have had a profound impact on her peers, fostering a supportive and inclusive environment that embodies the spirit of the university. •              “[Megan] simultaneously fills the rolls of friend, advisor, and mental health advocate to help ensure that we are in a good mental state as we progress through our studies.”
